Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
Reports to Team Lead – Talent Acquisition
Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Executive supports the Team Lead – Talent Acquisition in delivering seamless execution of Talent requirements within the firm.
Job Description
- Partner closely with the firm's stakeholders / hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and selection criteria
- Compiling a list of the most suitable candidates from the CV assessment and applicant screening
- Manage full cycle recruitment (sourcing, arranging of interviews, offer management)
- Maintaining existing recruitment portals as well as channels (paid / non-paid), and developing new recruitment channels and avenues
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn search and other online search engines
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Develop plans and activities to attract and retain talents
- Maintaining recruitment statistics and data
- Participate in campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives
- Fresh graduate engagement and management
- Proactive outreach and collaboration with various schools on their programmes and initiatives, such as career fairs, industry projects, student talks, or visits
- Execute and deliver onboarding programmes
Requirements
- This role is open to final year university students who are keen to embark on a career in HR. They will be considered for Intern position.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience in Campus Recruitment preferred
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
- Good communication skills, able to present Baker Tilly professionally
- A good understanding of HR and recruitment trends will be an added advantage
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High integrity, professional, and ability to work independently
- Proactive with initiatives, driven, and highly engaging
- Enjoy interaction with people, and am passionate about building relationships
