We focus on delivering a high-quality, candidate-first hiring experience while building teams that drive innovation and scale Shopee's e-commerce platform.
Job Description:
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organisation
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and organised candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with various HR and administrative tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
