What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system
- Support employer branding efforts and participate in career fairs and hiring events
- Learn recruitment best practices and HR procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms
