Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet hiring needs
  • Establish and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, recruitment agencies, etc.).
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
  • Support HR operations and administration, ensuring accurate documentation, HR system updates, and process efficiency
  • Develop and execute employee engagement and workplace culture programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure HR practices remain compliant with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Provide HR advisory support on employee matters, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Prepare and consolidate HR-related data and reports
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and organizational initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a HR role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Independent yet collaborative, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in both regional and local offices
