Key Responsibilities

• From initial screening to shortlisting, you will manage the end-to-end selection process to match the right talent with the right role.

• Serve as a dedicated representative by maintaining clear communication with applicants and delivering a seamless, high-quality recruitment journey

• Partner with our Business Development team to understand client needs and provide expert guidance on selection strategies.

• Maintain meticulous records and ensure all recruitment practices align strictly with guidelines and employment laws.

• Drive continuous improvement by gathering candidate feedback and refining our recruitment workflows.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum Diploma holder (Open to all disciplines HR or Business preferred).

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• An eagerness to learn the ropes of recruitment and a drive to succeed in a sales-oriented landscape.

• A proactive approach to meeting and exceeding performance targets.
