Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines to attract and engage high-caliber financial advisors through strategic onlinesourcing, career fairs, and networking platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive initial candidate evaluations,facilitating seamless interview scheduling and coordination with internalhiring managers to ensure a robust talent match.
- Drive dynamic recruitment marketing initiatives,leveraging social media campaigns and targeted digital advertising to elevatethe organization's employer brand value.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience by activelymanaging the recruitment funnel, offering continuous communication, and guidingselected applicants through regulatory licensing and onboarding phases.
- Administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal candidate databases, generating data-driven recruitment metrics totrack hiring targets and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration, Marketing, or a related academic field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Mandatory capability to navigate applicant tracking systems, recruitment marketing tools, and social media platforms to execute effective proactive talent outreach.
- Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape,enabling accurate assessment of industry-specific competencies and candidatecareer trajectories.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities,equipped with a highly self-motivated approach to function effectively both independently and within collaborative teams.
