Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet the organization's manpower requirements. This role works closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates on interview outcomes and job offers.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
Candidate Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely updates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Support
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Provide recruitment updates and status reports to the HR team and management.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is properly filed and updated.
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events where required.
- Assist in managing recruitment-related social media content and activities.
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet or other sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of employment practices and recruitment processes.
Experience
- 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
