Job Description

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.

✅ Source, screen, and interview candidates.

✅ Coordinate the recruitment process and deliver a positive candidate experience.

✅ Support recruitment reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

✔️ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

✔️ At least 5 years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or technical roles will be a strong advantage.
