Purpose and Scope:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role during a four-month period in supporting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, Hiring Managers, and the broader hiring teams during peak recruitment season. By working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, they manage interview scheduling, job postings, candidate screening, candidate engagement, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication of interview details, and minimizing scheduling conflicts. Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress.

Candidate Screening

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team with resume screening and maintain a sourcing database for each position.
  • Regularly update and maintain a database of prospective candidates for future opportunities.
  • Curate candidate information and progress.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates by providing timely updates and addressing their queries.
  • Inform candidates of the outcome of their interviews through email or phone call.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Assist the talent acquisition team with all job posting-related matters.
  • Coordinate other administrative duties related to recruiting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner, adaptable and independent person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of basic HR practices and labor laws.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
