About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Singapore team, focusing on a mixture of early talent and experienced hires. Acting as a strategic hiring partner, you will work closely with brand heads and the APAC office managers to deliver on key mandates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Core Responsibilities

. Partner with business leaders to manage experienced hire mandates across multiple business units.

. Collaborate with brand heads and the office manager to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic plans.

. Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to influence hiring decisions.

. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from briefing and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Experience Required

. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including stakeholder engagement and candidate sourcing

. Strong ability to analyze hiring data and conduct market mapping.

. Excellent communication skills and a track record in headhunting.

. Recruitment experience is essential prior Talent Acquisition experience is highly desirable.
