About the role

We are looking for a seasoned recruiter to join our amazing team in Singapore.

. Actively source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry-specific platforms

. Analyze job requirements and identify suitable candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, X-ray searches, etc.).

. Strong adherence to SLAs and guidelines for sourcing and on-boarding

. Networking, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, business partners and hiring managers

. Provide an exceptional candidate experience and establishing immediate rapport.

. Regular reporting to hiring managers on market trends, salary information, competitor analyses etc

. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics

About You

. 2-4 yrs of experience in recruitment.

. Proven ability of hiring technical roles such as software engineers and non-it roles such as digital marketing, finance, accounts etc.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines

. Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting high-calibre technology professionals

. Attention to detail is important along with the ability to work on multiple requisitions and projects at one time

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
