Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates across various channels.

  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organisational fit.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients and hiring stakeholders.
  • Create compelling job advertisements and manage postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support ongoing business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within internal systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market movements, and best recruitment practices.
