Job Description: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our recruitment efforts for contractual IT positions, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contract recruitment and volume hiring, with a focus on developing effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelining techniques.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. The consultant will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Additionally, the consultant will maintain and enhance our talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. Regular reporting on recruitment metrics and market trends will be expected to inform strategic decisions.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Plus skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), knowledge of employment laws and regulations, experience in employer branding, and the ability to conduct market research for competitive analysis.
