Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our London team, focusing on a mixture of early talent and experienced hires. Acting as a strategic hiring partner, you will work closely with brand heads and the APAC office managers to deliver on key mandates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Core Responsibilities

.Partner with business leaders to manage experienced hire mandates across multiple business units.

.Collaborate with brand heads and the office manager to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic plans.

.Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to influence hiring decisions.

.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from briefing and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Experience Required

.Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including stakeholder engagement and candidate sourcing.

.Strong ability to analyze hiring data and conduct market mapping.

.Excellent communication skills and a track record in headhunting.

.Recruitment experience is essential prior Talent Acquisition experience is highly desirable.
