About The Team
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition COE team member to support and drive the operational backbone of our recruitment function. This role focuses on process execution, coordination, and continuous improvement, and works closely with regional and local TA teams to ensure hiring processes are implemented consistently and effectively.
This is a highly operational role suited for candidates with strong process, operations, or PMO backgrounds who enjoy driving execution across teams and bringing structure to complex workflows. Prior Talent Acquisition experience is not a must.
Job Description
- Support the Regional People to design and execute regional recruitment strategies to support long-term organisational talent growth and capability building.
- Establish and govern recruitment standards, processes, and governance across multiple markets.
- Coordinate closely with regional and local TA teams to track hiring workflows, timelines, and operational deliverables.
- Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of recruitment processes, workflows, and SOPs
- Consolidate and maintain hiring-related data, trackers, and basic dashboards for internal reporting.
- Follow up on execution gaps, process deviations, and outstanding actions to ensure closure
- Drive continuous improvement through market insights, hiring metrics, and best-practice sharing
- Provide hands-on operational support for TA projects, rollouts, and ad-hoc initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in regional PMO, talent acquisition, business operations, or similar roles
- Strong process and execution mindset, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable driving coordination and execution across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and operational trackers
- Clear, practical, and structured communication style
