What You'll Do: As a Talent Acquisition & Business Development Consultant, you'll be our talent scout, career coach, and matchmaker all rolled into one. You'll dig deep into the job market, find hidden gems, and connect them with cool companies. It's fast-paced, super rewarding, and you'll be making a difference every day.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial phone screening to contract negotiations
• Creating business strategies to meet client needs and secure sales
• Identifying and generating potential leads
• Conducting post-recruitment follow-ups with clients and candidates
• Delivering excellent customer service and establishing strong rapport with clients and candidates

What are we looking for:

• Diploma / Degree holders welcome
• 12 years of sales or business development experience is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance incentives
