Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define candidate requirements, and execute recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate engagement, job offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
- Support business development activities, including stakeholder management and proposal preparation.
- Assist in strategic planning and project execution to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, leave administration, and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors in any discipline, mentorship will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
