Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join Beyondsoft's ASEAN Business Unit. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening and placing top technology talent to support our growing nearshore delivery teams across Southeast Asia.

Contract Duration: 6 months with opportunitiy to renew.

Completion bonus at the end of the contract period

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps and Technical Project Managers
  • Partner with BU Heads and division leads to understand headcount needs and team structures
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and talent databases
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Coordinate offer negotiations, onboarding and pre-employment requirements
  • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring roles across Traditional and Non-Traditional divisions
  • Support employer branding initiatives across SEA markets
  • Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders

Qualifications


  • 2+years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology staffing
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and social platforms
  • Experience hiring for roles in Software Engineering, QA/Testing or Project Management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Experience recruiting across SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
  • Familiarity with nearshore or offshore delivery models
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
