Job Description

Based in Tuas, Singapore (2-ways transportation provided at selected MRT locations islandwide)

Duration: 9-months contract

As part of The Coca-Cola Company, Pacific Refreshments is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. We are an export facility, specializing in the manufacturing of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and Southwest Asia Operating Units.

We are on a journey of growth; having completed the construction and expansion of our site towards doubling our manufacturing capacity. We have also embarked on our digital transformation journey, striving to be the Lighthouse for the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) plants in Asia and to be a leader in digital transformation.

Position Overview

  • This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process. He/she is instrumental in partnering with functional departments & hiring managers in fulfilling the manpower needs.
  • Must possess consultancy skills to facilitate discussions, and lead & influence with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Uses innovative sources to attract and retain talents.
  • Creative problem-solving, develop and implement innovative HR solutions and interventions to continually build a winning culture and high-performance organization, and sustain employee engagement in the workplace.
  • Support talent development initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

80% Talent Acquisition

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment and selection process for open positions as needed in an efficient and cost-effective way.
  • Negotiation, offer package preparation, and follow up on candidate's acceptance to prepare their enrolment with the company.
  • Ensure all necessary processes and procedures pertaining to hiring, onboarding, probation, and confirmation are promptly implemented in accordance to set standards and compliance to regulatory & company requirements
  • Supports Coca-Cola's diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting diverse talent by building and maintaining rapport with various universities, alumni, agencies, recruiters, and non-profit organizations
  • Provide subject matter and problem resolution expertise to stakeholders as needed.
  • Work with HR SBP to identify resource needs, develop resource plan and hiring strategy to support business needs.
  • Analyze staff turnover reasons and propose improvement plans to management.
  • Partner with HR SBP to develop and deploy HR policies, procedures and guidelines in the Plant.
  • Ensure compliance, maintain personnel-file and records always support local statutory and corporate requirements and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate and support on mobility such as work pass application, renewals, and cancellation as applicable.

20% Talent Development

  • Lead career development, performance management, leadership assessments and succession planning.
  • Work on HR projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of direct recruiting experience.
  • Additional experience in talent development and/or workforce planning will be an added advantage.
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills with strong client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to interact with all levels in a highly diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Proactive, independent, and strong follow-up skills.
  • Excellent planning, meticulous with good organizing skills.
  • Good team player with problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality in matters.
  • Knowledge of local labour laws, mobility and immigration matters will be an added advantage.
