The successful candidate will work on data integrationprojects, developing and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processesusing the Talend platform. This role offers an excellent opportunity to applyJava and SQL programming knowledge while gaining hands-on experience inenterprise data integration solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, anddeploy ETL workflows using Talend Open Studio or Talend Data Integrationplatform
- Design and implementdata integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from varioussources
- Write and optimize SQLqueries for data extraction and transformation processes
- Develop custom Javacomponents and routines within Talend when required
- Perform unit testingand debugging of Talend jobs to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Document technicalspecifications, data mappings, and ETL processes
- Collaborate with teammembers to understand business requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions
- Participate in codereviews and follow development best practices
- Support data migrationand integration projects under supervision
- Maintain versioncontrol of Talend jobs and components
PROJECT-SPECIFIC Responsibilities:
- Support specific clientdata migration and integration initiatives as assigned
- Participate in projectplanning sessions and provide effort estimates for assigned tasks
- Work closely withsenior developers and project managers to deliver project milestones
- Assist in dataprofiling and analysis activities for project requirements
- Contribute to projectdocumentation including technical design documents and user guides
- Participate in clientmeetings and requirement gathering sessions when required
- Support UAT (UserAcceptance Testing) and production deployment activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or relatedfield
- Strong foundation inJava programming concepts and object-oriented programming
- Proficiency in SQL andrelational database concepts (queries, joins, stored procedures)
- Understanding of datastructures, algorithms, and software development principles
- Basic knowledge of ETLconcepts and data integration processes
- Familiarity withdatabase management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Good analytical andproblem-solving skills
- Ability to learn newtechnologies quickly
- Strong communicationskills and ability to work in a team environment
- Fresh graduates orcandidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience

- Hands-on experiencewith Talend Open Studio or Talend Data Integration (through internship,projects, or self-learning)
- Knowledge of datawarehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Exposure to Agile/Scrumdevelopment methodologies

- Talend Data IntegrationCertification (desirable but not mandatory for fresh graduates)

- Any relevant onlinecertifications in ETL, data integration, or big data technologies
