We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and hands-on experience with Tableau and data integration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Connect Tableau to various data sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms)
- Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers
- Implement best practices in data visualization and storytelling
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reporting solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data visualization principles
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python/R for data analysis
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of other BI tools (Power BI, Qlik)
- Experience working in Agile environments
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
