Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from initial job postings to candidate offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately identify hiring needs and role requirements. Source candidates through diverse channels including social media and networking to create a robust talent pool. Review applications and engage with potential candidates to ensure the right fit for each position. Maintain transparent communication with hiring managers on sourcing progress and candidate status. Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities and outcomes, aligning with hiring goals. Meet hiring targets with a focus on quality placements and timely processes. Enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Contribute innovative ideas to elevate sourcing strategies and improve candidate engagement. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment. Familiarity with direct labor mass recruitment and responsible business alliances in the manufacturing sector is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong independence and attention to detail, with effective multitasking skills. Positive attitude with a sense of urgency in prioritizing tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork, capable of working with minimal supervision.
