Job Description

Description and Requirements

Provide hands-on operational and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment execution, system accuracy, and timely hiring delivery.
Key Responsibilities
. Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data
. Assist with offer documentation and support approval workflows
. Liaise with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Ops, and internal stakeholders

Requirements
. Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills
. High attention to detail and data accuracy
. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
