Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Payments Migration Test Analyst with strong experience in banking and payments transformation programs. The candidate will be responsible for validating payment migration activities, ensuring data integrity, and executing end-to-end testing across payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in large-scale Payments Migration and Transformation projects.
- Develop and execute Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
- Perform SIT, UAT, End-to-End, Regression, and Migration Testing.
- Validate migrated data and ensure completeness, accuracy, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Development Teams, and Business Users.
- Manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting.
- Support testing cycles and production cutover activities.
- Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Payments Testing within the banking domain.
- Hands-on experience in Migration Testing and Data Validation.
- Knowledge of payment systems such as:
- SWIFT
- ISO 20022
- Cross-border Payments
- Real-Time Payments
- ACH / GIRO / FAST
- Experience with SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing, and Defect Management.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and payment workflows.
- Experience using testing tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Singapore banking projects.
- Exposure to payment modernization or core banking transformation initiatives.
- Automation testing experience is an added advantage.
Experience
- 5+ years of Banking/Payments Testing experience.
- Proven experience in at least one Payments Migration Project.
