Work you'll do

In the vast economic region of Southeast Asia, approaching a population of 700 million, Japanese companies have been increasingly keen to invest in recent years. As the businesses of Japanese companies entering Southeast Asia grow and diversify, the number of consultations on technology-driven transformations has been rising. Our department has seen consistent and robust growth over the past three years.

Especially since COVID-19, there has been a significant increase in requests for projects that enhance integrated global management and transparency in management. The themes of these projects vary, but common points include:

• Visualization
• Strengthening governance
• Organizing inventory and SCM information
• Data-driven management decision-making

In Southeast Asia, these themes often precede those in Japan, and we sometimes handle topics such as establishing new companies or restructuring business units. Our company is recognized for its comprehensive response capabilities, including technology, and we expect more opportunities in this area, which has led us to actively recruit for this position.

Examples of projects include:

• Global implementation of S/4 HANA for a digital entertainment company
• Overhaul of core systems to realize DX for a telecommunications company
• Building core systems to enhance business operations and management for a food manufacturer
• System construction to standardize operations at overseas locations for a hygiene products manufacturer
• Implementation of SAP IBP to achieve Demand & Supply Process for a pharmaceutical company

Specifically, as a member of the organization at the heart of SAP project proposals and promotion, you will be responsible for the entire process from planning and conceptualization, requirements definition, design, development, testing, to offshore management.

Utilizing our global group's unique modeling tools, industry-specific solutions, and global best practices and know-how, you will lead SAP projects aimed at reconstructing customer businesses and strengthening global collaboration in large-scale projects.

As Manager, you will demonstrate leadership in a mixed team of local and JCS members, managing projects while using personal strengths to support project and client development.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese with business-level English
• Or native-level proficiency in English with business-level Japanese
• Experience in leading projects
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
• Project experience in the areas listed in the Job Description within a consulting firm or technology vendor

We are looking for individuals with knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Core Business Operations
  • • Experience in overseeing logistics or accounting fields and defining necessary information integration across various operations
    • Experience in defining business flows and requirements in one or more core business areas (sales, logistics, procurement, production, accounting, finance, etc.)
• Core System Implementation
  • • Experience in one or more business areas in SAP implementation
    • Experience in one or more phases of SAP implementation (from business requirements definition to design, development, testing, go-live preparation, and stabilization)
• Project Management
  • • Project management or project leadership experience in SAP core system package implementation

Candidates with the following experiences are particularly welcome:

• Experience leading specific business areas or entire projects in SAP implementation
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation
• Comprehensive experience covering all phases from requirements definition onward in SAP implementation projects
• Project management and team leadership experience in global projects
• Consulting experience related to Southeast Asia

The expected human skills are as follows:

• Ability to proactively engage in delivery and acquisition of SAP and related areas while actively communicating with diverse stakeholders
• A mindset to actively participate in developing new solutions and generating customer value as part of our offerings, aiming to create new things that do not yet exist in the market

職務内容

人口7億人に迫る一大経済圏である東南アジアにおいて、近年日本企業の投資意欲が益々高まっております。

東南アジアに進出する日本企業のビジネスが成長・多様化するなかで、テクノロジーを用いた変革の相談が増えており、当部門は過去3年間継続して順調な成長を続けています。

特にCOVID-19以降、グローバルで一気通貫のマネジメントや、マネジメントの透明性を高めるプロジェクトのご依頼が非常に増えています。テーマは様々ありますが、共通点として

• 可視化
• ガバナンスの強化
• 在庫やSCM情報の整備
• データドリブンな経営意思決定

マネジャーはプロジェクトマネージャーとしてローカルとの混成チームでリーダーシップを発揮してマネージしつつ、個人としての得意分野を生かして案件・顧客開拓をサポートしていただきます。

• 日本語ネイティブレベルかつ英語ビジネスレベル以上

• プロジェクトのリード経験
• 提案活動を通じてプロジェクトの受注に貢献した実績
• コンサルティングファーム、テクノロジーベンダーにおける上記「職務内容」に記載された領域でのプロジェクト経験

下記のいずれかに関する知見・経験をお持ちの方を求めています

• 基幹業務
  • ロジスティクス又は会計のいずれかの分野に関し、全体を俯瞰し各業務間で必要な情報連携を定義した経験
  • 基幹業務領域(販売、物流、調達、生産、経理、財務など)の一つないし複数に関し、業務フローおよび業務要件を定義した経験
• 基幹システム導入
  • SAP導入における一つないし複数の業務領域の経験
  • SAP導入における一連のフェーズのうち、一つないし複数のフェーズの経験 (業務要件定義から設計・開発テスト本稼働準備・定着化)
• プロジェクト管理
  • SAP基幹システムパッケージの導入におけるプロジェクト管理、またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験

下記のご経験をお持ちの方は特に歓迎します。

• SAP導入プロジェクトにおいて特定業務領域、またはプロジェクト全体をリードした経験を有する
• S/4HANA導入経験を有する
• SAP導入案件について、要件定義以降の一連のフェーズの網羅的経験を有する
• グローバルプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理、チームリード経験を有する
• 東南アジア関連のコンサルティング経験

期待するヒューマンスキルは下記の通りです。
