You will work with our clients with designing and implementing their digital technologies, with opportunities to work in new technology, large scale transformation, to create great customer experiences.
You will:
. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze existing systems, and translate requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
. Support the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and algorithms to enhance marketing insights, customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
. Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones manage risk and issue logs.
. Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and support the creation of dashboards and visualizations for clients.
. Act as a liaison between business, technical teams, and clients, ensuring clarity of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
. Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, digital marketing technologies, and project management best practices to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements:
If you are someone with:
. Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs.
. A Bachelor's Degree in Computing/Software Engineering or a related field
. Experience in the software development lifecycle at scale and product management.
. Ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes and solutions.
. Proficient in articulating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
. Experienced in dynamic situations, adept at problem-solving, and a global thinker, with a focus on the SEA/APAC market.
