Work you'll do
The successful candidate will work in a fast growing and specialist team advising our clients in all areas of how and why employers reward and pay their employees, including reward strategy, board and executive pay, and designing and operating incentive arrangements.
We are building a true advisory practice, and we work in partnership with our clients to deliver high quality, high impact advice. While no day is the same, typical areas of focus for this role are:
Driving research and working with our clients to create strategies to optimise their approaches to rewarding their workforce, and modelling the financial and strategic impacts of reward program design changes
Conducting market assessments, research and analysis to understand industry and organisation-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices
Supporting the design of executive pay strategies and conducting executive and non-executive director pay benchmarking
Supporting clients with the design, implementation and operation of equity and cash incentive plans in locally and globally, including tax and regulatory considerations
Advising on reward matters in an M&A or transactions environment
Providing support on proposals and business development activity (e.g. preparing slides, bid responses, developing your own client relationships) and collaborating with other leaders to grow our advisory business in the market

Requirements
Strong analytical, consultative, quantitative, problem solving and project management skills, honed through reward advisory-related projects or relevant in-house experience
Able to synthesize, assess and communicate information effectively. You can use analysis, experience and judgement to develop meaningful insights and recommendations for clients.
Comfortable working in ambiguity. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with sometimes unpredictable circumstances or changes and make informed decisions without all the information.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field, with a Professional Qualification
