How You will Contribute

In this role, you'll leverage your commercial acumen and tax technical knowledge - alongside the collective expertise of our Business Tax practice - to deliver best-in-class compliance and advisory services for clients. You'll play an integral role in our inclusive, high-performing team, with the opportunity to become a people manager and mentor.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for your client portfolio, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Lead and deliver tax advisory projects (including M&A and cross-border transactions), collaborating with specialist teams (e.g., transfer pricing) and international colleagues.
• Analyse client tax data and technologies, help drive improvements in tax compliance, reporting processes, and governance, and deliver holistic tax solutions.
• Work on tax audits for major multinationals - identifying and resolving technical issues and reviewing the accuracy of tax reporting.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, actively supporting their professional growth.
• Work across a variety of industries, such as Consumer Business, Energy & Resources, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications.
• Manage diverse teams in an inclusive culture where each person's contribution is recognised and valued.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• At least 5 years of corporate tax experience, preferably with an international accounting firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field.
• CPA, CA, or SCTP certification strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in providing tax services, either in industry or professional services.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and leading teams to deliver tax services.
• Strong project management skills, including overseeing compliance and advisory projects, meeting deadlines, billing, and effective delegation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
