Work you'll do:

We are looking to build a high-performing team of Digital Marketing Specialists who will engage directly with advertisers, agencies, and business clients through multiple support channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and provide timely, accurate, and high-quality solutions across platforms. Beyond issue resolution, you will be expected to act as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve campaign outcomes by recommending best practices, identifying optimization opportunities, and guiding them through product features and capabilities.

The role demands a strong foundation in digital marketing, particularly in paid media, combined with excellent communication and customer handling skills. You will be required to manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also be expected to stay updated on product enhancements, policy changes, and emerging trends in digital advertising, and translate that knowledge into meaningful support for customers.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Advisory: Guide customers on campaign setup, optimization strategies, and performance improvement across platforms

Service Delivery Excellence: Manage a high volume of interactions while meeting SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve campaign delivery issues, policy concerns, billing queries, and platform-related challenges while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI, engagement, and overall advertising effectiveness.

Product Expertise: Stay up to date with features, policy changes, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to support customer needs effectively.

Reporting & Insights: Track performance, feedback, and support metrics analyze trends to improve service and campaign outcomes.

Training & Capability Development: Onboard and train customers (advertisers) and internal teams on platform features, optimization, and troubleshooting.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as QA, trainers, and team leaders to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Compliance & Operations: Adhere to defined processes, policies, and data security standards while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, customer support within the digital advertising ecosystem

  • Hands-on experience managing digital ad campaigns

  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance metrics

  • Experience handling customer queries, troubleshooting, and support workflows across voice, chat and email

  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
