Job Summary:
This position involves working in a cross-functional environment with requirements definition, firmware and application development teams, and vehicle engineering. The role focuses on:
- Vehicle testing and tuning
- Data collection and analysis
- Operational deployment of ADAS & Autonomous Vehicles
- Route planning for operations
- User experience and safety analysis
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Testing & Validation:
- Formulate comprehensive testing plans based on system requirements
- Design effective and efficient test cases
- Execute technical and logistical test planning through cross-functional coordination
- Setup and configure testing environments
- Generate detailed test reports
Technical Operations:
- ADS/ADAS feature tuning and data collection
- Participate in requirement and test case reviews
- Post-test analysis and defect tracking
- Root cause analysis support
- Defect improvement tracking until closure
Standards & Compliance:
- Follow latest autonomous driving standards and regulations
- Stay updated with ADAS and AD industry developments
- Introduce new testing equipment and methodologies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automation, EE Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering field
- 3-5 years experience in software integration and testing
- Strong knowledge of Intelligent Driving System (IDS) hardware and software
- Expertise in software testing methodologies (black-box, white-box testing)
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming
- Strong Linux OS knowledge and practical Linux programming experience
- Knowledge of Automotive Bus protocols (CAN, LIN, IIC, UART)
- Experience with testing devices (CANoe, programmable power supply, oscilloscope)
- Experience in radar, USS, Lidar, vision, ADAS/APA/AD testing
- Automatic testing experience
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to travel as needed
