Position Summary
You are responsible to assist Systems Manager and/or Project Manager in production, assembly, design and development of hardware and equipment the Company's products. The job also involves sourcing of components, participating in technical design, assisting the Managers in budgeting, scheduling, management of contractors, and installation, deployment and maintenance of the products in an operational environment (on-site when required).
Main Responsibilities
- System set-up troubleshooting, resolution of anomalies discovered in equipment and methods, provision of assistance in maintenance service
- Installation of equipment room racking, servers and UPS. cable works for power and communication
- Installation and maintanance of electrical and Instrument equipment
- Installation, configuration, testing and maintenance & operation of systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability and security
- Assistance in managing and monitoring all systems and infrastructure
- Under the guidance of Managers, collation of information on hardware systems, costs of development, work program and technical specification
- Participation in the development and testing process, systems testing and commissioning
- Provision of support of design and installation of turnkey and / or user-defined system
- Sourcing and identification of suppliers for evaluation
- Conduct of preliminary assessment on systems requirement of the clients and matching with components recommended by sub-contractors
- Provision of assistance in systems deployment, system implementation and / or installation
- Performance of corrective, preventive maintenance work in-house or at customer site (on-site)
- Implementation of enhancement/upgrades as instructed
- Preparation of documentation and training materials
- Travelling may be required from time to time
- Strong teamwork as wel as able to work independently
Experience
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experinece in electrical and electronic system set-up, installation, servicing, trouble-shooting and maintenance

Minimum Qualification
- Min. degree in a technical discipline related to Information Technology (Engineering or Computer Science) or tecnical field with relevant working experience
