. 8 years of minimum experience
. Define UAT approach, scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria
. Identify test scenarios aligned with business requirements
. Engage business users and subject matter experts (SMEs) for test execution
. Conduct UAT kick-off sessions and walkthroughs
. Ensure business readiness and sign-off
. Oversee test case preparation and execution
. Monitor daily UAT progress and provide status reports
. Manage defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking
. Ensure critical issues are resolved before go-live
. Identify risks and mitigation strategies
. Escalate issues to project governance forums
. Ensure compliance with QA standards and audit requirements, good understanding of SDM process will be a big plus
. Track metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and pass rates
. Obtain formal UAT sign-off from business stakeholders
. Strong understanding of SDLC, Waterfall methodologies
. Experience managing very large-scale enterprise UAT programs
. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
. Experience in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA)
. Strong risk management and escalation handling capability
