Design, deploy, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters (on-prem / cloud / hybrid).
Develop, automate, and maintain cloud-native applications, platform services, and infrastructure components on OpenShift, leveraging containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
Install, configure, upgrade, and patch OpenShift components.
Manage container platforms, namespaces, RBAC, networking, and storage.
Support CI/CD integration with OpenShift (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Monitor cluster performance, capacity, and availability.
Troubleshoot cluster, application, and infrastructure issues.
Implement security best practices (image scanning, secrets, policies).
Work closely with DevOps and application teams for container adoption.
Automate platform operations using Ansible / Helm / Operators.
Maintain documentation and operational runbooks.
Required Skills& Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
Must have Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, OpenShift certification).
Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Experience with Linux system administration.
Knowledge of OpenShift networking (SDN/OVN), routes, services, ingress.
Experience with persistent storage (Ceph, NFS, cloud storage).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
