Job Summary
We are looking for a Computer and Information Systems Manager to oversee and support IT systems and technology operations, ensuring secure, efficient daily functions and leading IT improvements to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage company computer systems, servers, cloud platforms, and networks to ensure reliable IT infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain smooth daily IT operations
- Administer IT assets including laptops, mobile devices, and software licenses for optimal resource utilization
- Implement and maintain system backups, data protection, and disaster recovery plans to safeguard business continuity
- Apply cybersecurity measures and monitor security risks to protect company systems and data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements
- Support and enhance finance, trading, inventory, and operational business applications for improved efficiency
- Provide training and technical support to users to enable effective system use
- Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers to manage IT projects and service delivery
- Manage IT procurement, licensing, and budgeting to optimize costs and resources
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to standardize operations and security
- Control user access and system management across all company entities to ensure secure operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar systems
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5-8 years of relevant IT experience including managing IT projects and vendors
- Good knowledge of computer systems, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
