JOB TYPE:

Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure at client sites.
• Perform maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities (may require after-office hours/weekend work - compensated with time-off).
• Support IT infrastructure troubleshooting located at MINDEF/SAF camps when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• MS SCOM (System Center Operations Manager)
• SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
• Microsoft Exchange Server Support - Preferable
• Windows Server Administration - Preferable
• Skype for Business Support - Preferable

Other Requirements

• Willingness to provide support outside office hours (evenings/weekends) with compensatory time-off.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations, including MINDEF/SAF camps, as required.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
