[What the role is]
This role provides ICT expertise for Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring compliance with government standards. It involves leading projects, managing vendors, and driving user adoption through training and communication.
[What you will be working on]
- Provide subject matter consultancy and expertise in the provision of ICT systems, solutions and services for a Digital Workplace.
- Propose technical designs, solutions and integrations that work well with the Government infrastructure and are compliant with policies, standards and security requirements.
- Lead projects and manage vendors in the implementation and support of Digital Workplace systems and end-user computing technologies according to business and security requirements.
- Evaluate and conduct proof-of-concepts with Product Principals and System Integrators on Digital Transformation/Digital Workplace technologies and related security solutions.
- Seek and analyse root causes of issues by deep understanding of the enterprise environment and collaborating with technical teams from various domains and vendors in providing solutions.
- Manage procurement and maintenance renewals of hardware, software and ICT service subscriptions including preparation of technical specifications.
- Analyse, develop and communicate the technology deployment process, seek feedback from stakeholders and make continual improvement in the operations phase.
- Conduct user briefing sessions/training to prepare users in adopting new solutions with the creation of impactful communications and documentations.
