Your tasks
- Provide regional product support including Technical Support Hotline, customer visits and regional training
- Participate in demos, trials and trade shows where necessary
- Conduct maintenance and user training where necessary
- Support site repair where necessary
- Able to operate basic spectrum monitoring and analysis products in field condition
- Working with local sales to fulfill customer requirement on field operation for projects
- Management of spares parts depot to support regional installations
Your Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Science, Engineering or relevant field of studies
- Background in electronic engineering is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience working in security related industry i.e. critical infrastructure security, homeland security
- Experience in project management is an added advantage
- Prior leadership experience with the ability to lead a small team
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong team player who is also able to work independently
- Able to travel within short notice
- Able to work on weekends / holidays as scheduled
