Perform vehicular design and development, encompassing design, documentation, review, prototyping, test, troubleshooting and verification
Engage internal and external customers to generate concepts and solutions to improve and expand the Tracked Platform Business product line
Conduct driving and demonstrations to provide good product showcase to project good quality in the design and operation of our products
Manage internal teams, comprising engineering and cross functional departments to design and develop vehicular systems and applications
Lead product training sessions to empower partners and customers with the knowledge to proficiently operate and extract the full potential and performance of our products
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, or Mechatronics)
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software systems
Familiarity with automotive systems and applications
Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., Siemens NX)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
