Systems Engineer (Linux)

. Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent experience with Linux/MCSE/Unix Certification(s).

. Must have knowledge and working experience of Linux, preferably 2+ years hands-on

experience in system administration for production systems.

. Experience in OS patching and upgrade, system security, OS virtualization,

HA/clustering, replication, backup and recovery techniques.

. Working experience in networking (TCP/IP), physical hardware and/or storage systems.

. Knowledge and hands-on experience of Unix (Solaris or AIX or other Unix) will be

advantageous.

. Knowledge and working experience of apache http web server, middleware

WebSphere/JBOSS/Tomcat/IIS, MQ, etc. will be advantageous.

. Knowledge and experiences in Integrated Security Access Management software such

as IBM ISAM will be advantageous.

. Knowledge and experience of JDBC and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) will

be advantageous.

. Knowledge of Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps will be advantageous.
