Job Responsibilities:
- Handles end user requests for hardware and software for supported clients.
- Troubleshoots technical issues and provides user support through timely problem ticket resolution
- Updates, tracks, and maintains assigned support tickets
- Escalates incidents and service requests as appropriate to ensure timely resolution
- Maintains site documentation and maintenance records
- Provides IT infrastructure support for warehouse and logistic projects
- Contributes to desktop and laptop software upgrades and refresh initiatives
- Work with third party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Azure cloud services, Intune device management, and Microsoft Copilot adoption is an advantage.
