Systems Engineer (FPGA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Rewrite and optimize FPGA microchip code using C++ to enhance system latency and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and system architects.
• Analyze existing FPGA designs and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability following best engineering practices.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical insights related to FPGA and C++ implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming.
• 3-5 years of experience (junior to mid-level) or up to 7-8 years (senior) working in the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA technologies and microchip design.
• Solid understanding of hardware-software integration and latency optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with FPGA development tools and languages (e.g., VHDL/Verilog) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts.
