Systems Assistant Manager

Job Description
The Systems Assistant Manager will support finance-related system administration, access control, and fund management functions while acting as a central point of contact for logistics and procurement systems.

Key Responsibilities
. Assist Operations Manager in managing logistics and procurement systems
. Participate in system change request and requirement gathering sessions
. Act as central liaison for system-related finance matters
. Coordinate financial appointment holder processes and warrant issuance
. Manage financial appointments, documentation, and audit data extraction
. Administer Authority accounts in Whole-of-Government systems
. Manage system access rights and support new system implementations
. Execute fund management activities, including daily operations and year-end closing
. Handle audit queries and system-related reviews

Requirements & Qualifications
. Singapore Citizen
. Tertiary qualification in finance or related fields
. At least 2 years of relevant working experience
. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics tools
