Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the requirements-gathering process and analysis of business requirements.
• Manage the development and implementation of proposed solutions and applications.
• Lead and manage a team of developers throughout the entire project development life cycle.
• Manage each phase of the development life cycle and ensure that all tasks and objectives in each phase are met.
• Manage customer and user expectations.
• Participate in the design and development of web-based applications.
• Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
• Ensure that delivered modules meet specifications and are of high quality.

Prerequisites:

• Computer Science background or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT with strong problem analysis skills.
• Experience working on government projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Java, databases and SQL, web technologies, and cloud platforms will be an advantage.
