About the Role
Our client, a reputable bank with an international presence, is looking to hire a Systems & Operations Support Officer to join their Operations Department. This role offers exposure to both systems administration and banking back-office operations, supporting key infrastructure and cross-border processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update parameters within the bank's internal systems
- Monitor and manage user access across internal banking platforms
- Support back-office processing related to cross-border banknote delivery
- Assist in system upgrades and product improvement initiatives
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the department manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking operations or IT systems administration
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts)
- Familiarity with database maintenance, user access control, and basic troubleshooting
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team player
- Knowledge of banking backend systems or basic accounting is an added advantage
