System Specialist (Infrastructure | ITIL) - East

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain internal systems while developing servers tailored to banking customers.
• Create and regularly update operational documentation.
• Execute routine operational tasks, such as generating access log reports and performing patching activities.
• Collaborate with vendors and oversee contracts, including software license renewals and hardware maintenance agreements.
• Address and resolve user inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing multiple servers, with an emphasis on Windows-based environments.
• In-depth understanding of ITIL principles, supported by at least three years of experience in IT operations and maintenance.
• Advanced technical expertise aligning with IT Support Level - Tier 3.
• Must-have: knowledge of on-premises server management, including VMware
• Must-have: Capability to independently create system designs and procedure manuals.
• Nice-to-have: General knowledge of managing cloud-based servers.
