RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead multiple project teams of system software engineers and development partners through all phases of design and development, including solution design, analysis, testing, and integration.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external partners (ODMs, IHVs) for system software design and development.
• Review and assess designs and project activities for compliance with standards, providing actionable feedback to improve quality and reduce risk.
• Provide domain expertise and system software leadership across cross-functional projects and programs.
• Drive innovation and integrate emerging technologies into system software design and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience in system engineering or programming.
• Strong proficiency in software systems design tools and programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS and device driver development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of system software architecture and integration across multiple platforms.
• Skilled in software testing methodologies, including test plan creation, debugging, and automation tools.
• Outstanding communication skills in English Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to present architectures, negotiate design options, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with bus-level protocols (USB, PCIe, I2C) and debugging techniques is advantageous.
