Roles & Responsibilities

System Software Development & Integration

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain software applications and system solutions for hospitality and hotel management systems
  • Support the development and enhancement of hotel room control systems, monitoring platforms, energy management systems, and integrated hospitality solutions
  • Develop and maintain backend databases, application logic, system integrations, and software functionalities based on operational requirements
  • Assist in software customization, configuration, deployment, and testing for hospitality projects and client implementations
  • Perform software troubleshooting, debugging, optimization, and system performance improvements
  • Support integration between hospitality systems, devices, networks, and third-party platforms

Database & System Configuration

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize databases used for hospitality monitoring and control systems
  • Ensure proper system setup, software deployment, database backup, and data integrity across projects
  • Monitor system performance and resolve software or database-related issues promptly
  • Assist in managing server configurations, software updates, and system security controls
  • Maintain proper records of software versions, configurations, and system documentation

Project Coordination & Technical Support

  • Work closely with project engineers, technical teams, vendors, and clients to support project implementation and system integration
  • Assist in system testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities for hospitality projects
  • Provide technical support during installation, configuration, and post-deployment phases
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure software solutions meet project specifications and operational requirements
  • Support ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and after-sales technical support activities

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including system architecture, setup guides, configuration records, and testing reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal development standards and best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve software reliability, operational efficiency, and user experience
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to hospitality systems and software development

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Candidates with hospitality systems, building automation, or smart systems experience will have an added advantage
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in software development, database management, system integration, or application support preferred
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, system integration, and software deployment environments
  • Understanding of server environments, APIs, system monitoring, and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Experience with hospitality systems or hotel technologies will be an added advantage
