We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled System Sales Engineer to support sales, consultation, project coordination, and customer support for security systems.
The candidate should have knowledge and experience in the following systems:
Product & Technical Knowledge
Develop strong understanding of the products and systems offered, including system design, features, applications, and integration requirements.
Customer Requirement Assessment
Work closely with customers to understand operational requirements, conduct site assessments, and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Sales Presentation & Consultation
Prepare and conduct system presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers and consultants.
Proposal & Quotation Preparation
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, specifications, and solution recommendations based on customer requirements.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.
Technical Documentation
Prepare and submit technical documents, drawings, specifications, and related project documentation.
Implementation Support
Provide technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
Customer Support
Provide after-sales support, troubleshooting assistance, and technical advice to customers when required.
Interdepartmental Collaboration
Work closely with sales, engineering, technical support, and management teams to improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Industry & Market Awareness
Keep updated with current technologies, industry trends, and customer requirements in the security and networking industry.
