Job Description

System operations -Engineer-L2 ( 5+ years )

Monitor and maintain Windows, VWware, AD and Linux servers to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues for both platforms.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.
Manage user accounts and access permissions across Windows and Linux environments.
Support system deployments, configurations, and software installations.
Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Assist with system monitoring and generate performance reports.
Collaborate with senior team members to implement security measures and best practices.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning activities.
Provide technical support to end-users and escalate issues as needed
