Job Scope: IT Systems Manager

1. Strategic IT Planning:Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives, manage IT budgets, and recommend technology investments.

2. Infrastructure Management:Oversee the management and maintenance of all IT systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and availability.

3. Network and Security Oversight:Design, implement, and secure network infrastructure, monitor security measures, and lead incident response efforts.

4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT team, set performance goals, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

5. Project Management: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and technology integrations, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

6. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with departments to meet IT needs.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field.

2. Experience:

- Min 5 Years

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, network design, security protocols, and disaster recovery planning.

4. Leadership and Project Management:

- Proven experience in leading IT teams and managing projects, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Communication and Certifications:

- Excellent communication skills and relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco) are preferred.
